This is an account dedicated to helping our existing clients reach us easily and effectively.  Our front office will respond directly or forward your email to the appropriate recipient.

You can always call if you prefer, but emailing ensures that you reach the person most able to help, that you reach them in our own words, and that there’s a record of your communication to which you can refer in the future.

How to use our Email System Effectively

Please include the following in your email:

  • The topic of your request or concern in the subject line
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Your questions, concern or request with as much detail as necessary for an effective response.
  • A photo, if relevant, for example, if you have a question about one of your plants, a photo can help us make a quick diagnosis, schedule a replacement or offer advice immediately.  it will also let us know whether an onsite visit is necessary.
