Matt began working part-time at Reder Landscaping while still in high school, gaining early, hands-on experience with the day-to-day work that goes into building and maintaining beautiful landscapes. That time gave him a solid foundation in the field and introduced him to the standards and values that define the company. Early in his landscaping career, Matt spent three years working on golf courses, where he refined his technical skills and gained hands-on experience in turf management, irrigation, and the attention to detail required for high-end landscapes. That time further shaped his approach and deepened his respect for the discipline the industry demands. As the son of Mike Reder, Matt is proud to carry on the family legacy. He represents the values that have defined Reder Landscaping for decades—a solid work ethic, the highest quality standards, and a strong commitment to client service and relationships. Whether he’s in the field or behind the scenes, Matt brings a thoughtful, client-first mindset to everything he does. When he’s not shaping the future of Reder Landscaping, you can find Matt outside. As an avid outdoorsman Matt enjoys spending his time immersed in nature with his wife by his side.
