Nick Felice, Landscape Consultant and Customer Service Manager

At Reder Landscaping, we don’t walk away when your installation is complete.  We’re continuously asking ourselves, “how can we make our customer care and service better?”.   As such, we recently defined a new dedicated Landscape Consultant and Customer Server Manager role on our team.

We’d like to introduce you to Nick Felice, our new Landscape Consultant Customer Service Manager.   Nick is managing all our follow up services including  inspections, recommendations and information to help ensure that your new landscape establishes and develops beautifully, as promised.

With over 21 years experience in horticulture, Nick will help ensure the success of your new landscape by answering establishment questions, diagnosing potential problems, suggesting corrections in care, and when necessary, coordinating warranty repairs and plant replacements.   Learn more about Nick.

What can you expect from Reder and from Nick’s team after your landscape installation?

1. Scheduled Quality Assurance Visits

Depending on the scope of your project, a Reder representative will be stopping at planned intervals to evaluate your plant health, turf quality, irrigation coverage and patio consistency. We’ll leave notes on what we see plus any suggested changes in care, and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have.

2. Email Alerts/Updates Regarding Potential Problems

We monitor and receive regular updates and alerts from various horticultural agencies. These include the MSU CAT Alert system, among others, which keep us abreast of potential threats to landscape plants and lawns caused by weather trends, insect activity, etc. We’ll pass these alerts along so that you know what problems to watch for, and what steps you can take to avoid them.

3. Warranty Registration & Reminder

You’ll receive a warranty with your installation, which we’ll register with your email address when your project is complete. Just before your warranty expires we’ll send you a reminder so that you’ll have an opportunity to note any issues that may need to be resolved beforehand.
