Reder Landscaping is excited to announce the addition of Warren Liken to our team in his role as our new Nursery Manager/ Staff Horticulturist!
A native of Bay City, Warren comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the Plant and Nursery industry. Over the course of his career he has served as a Nursery Manager, Head Plant Propagator, Senior Grower, Sales Representative and Landscape Designer.
To put it bluntly, no one knows plants like Warren knows plants!
With Reder, Warren’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the plant material installed in our projects and sold in our nursery is the highest quality available. This involves working with our growers and suppliers, ordering and handling all our plant material, as well as maintaining the inventory in the nursery. Another important role for Warren is consulting with our designers to keep them up to speed with what’s happening in the ever-evolving plant industry in terms of new plant varieties and best practices.
And with our new building being completed this past spring, Warren will also be taking the lead with our plans to grow and expand our retail nursery operation in 2015 to better serve our existing customers with their ongoing planting needs.
